Production Process of Agricultural PP Woven Bags
1. Raw Material Proportioning & Blending
Fresh or recycled PP pellets are blended as required. After high-temperature melting, the mixture is extruded through filter screens to produce quality plastic filaments.
2. Extrusion & Stretching (Flat Yarn Production)
PP pellets are extruded and stretched into high-tensile flat yarns, which are then woven into PP fabric rolls per customized technical specifications.
Flat yarns are mounted on the creel of circular looms. Warp and weft yarns are interlaced via shuttles to form tubular woven base fabric.
3. Printing & Lamination
Adopt gravure or flexographic printing to deliver bright, long-lasting patterns on the bags.
Adopt lamination with BOPP film to enhance moisture resistance and aesthetic appearance.
4. Finishing & Final Inspection
The printed and laminated PP fabric undergoes cutting, side and bottom stitching. All finished products are strictly inspected before bundling and delivery to customers.
