BOPP Woven Bags

BOPP Laminated Woven PP Bag
A BOPP laminated woven PP bag combines a woven PP body with a smooth BOPP outer film. The woven structure provides the required bag strength, while the laminated surface supports detailed graphics, product branding, and multi-color printing.
This construction is commonly used across rice, food, pet food, fertilizer, cement, and other branded bulk packaging applications.

PE Liner
A PE liner adds an inner layer between the product and the woven bag. It can provide additional moisture protection, dust control, and fine-powder containment when required.
Liner material, thickness, and sealing method can be specified according to the product and packaging conditions.

Open-Mouth and Valve Bags
Open-mouth bags are filled from the top and normally closed by sewing or another suitable closing method. They are widely used for rice, flour, sugar, pet food, animal feed, and agricultural products.
Valve bags are designed around compatible filling systems and are commonly used for cement, fertilizer, minerals, powders, and other bulk materials.

Flat and Gusseted Construction
A flat bag provides a conventional filled profile and is suitable for standard bulk packaging.
A gusseted bag creates a wider, more three-dimensional shape when the product, filling volume, or stacking arrangement requires additional space or stability.

Final specifications are confirmed against the customer's product requirements, filling equipment, approved sample, and technical specification. 

Xunlian controls the main production stages from raw material and weaving through lamination, printing, bag making, and final inspection.

Key inspection points include fabric weight, woven construction, lamination bonding, printing registration, color and appearance, bag dimensions, stitching, opening, and finished construction.

Particular attention is given to common production risks such as printing registration deviation, color variation, lamination bonding problems, and size or fabric-weight variation.

For repeat orders, the approved specification, sample, artwork, and production records remain the reference for production and inspection.

The BOPP woven bag production chain covers:
PP tape drawing → circular weaving → BOPP lamination → gravure printing → bag making
This integrated process allows woven fabric, laminated film, printed artwork, and final bag dimensions to be coordinated within the same production system.
The factory can produce flat, gusseted, open-mouth, valve, and heavy-duty configurations for food, agricultural, fertilizer, construction, and industrial packaging.
Xunlian supplies woven packaging to customers in Russia, North Korea, Mongolia, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

Custom printed BOPP woven bags commonly start at around 10,000 pieces per design.
A pre-production physical sample can be used to confirm construction, dimensions, printing, closure, and appearance before bulk production.
New custom orders commonly require around 25–45 days after artwork approval. Repeat orders using existing printing tooling may be shorter depending on the specification and production schedule.
For export, finished bags can be bundled and protected with PE film, woven outer bags, cartons, or pallets according to the shipping requirements.
