Full-Process Quality Control – From Raw Material to Finished Product

Our factory has established a closed-loop quality control system covering the entire process from raw materials to finished products.

Starting from incoming raw materials, every batch of polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), and other materials undergoes strict incoming inspection to ensure that only qualified materials enter production.

During production, our quality inspectors conduct regular online patrols and spot checks, monitoring key processes such as weaving, printing, lamination, and bag making in real time, promptly detecting and correcting any deviations.

Before shipment, each batch must pass comprehensive outgoing inspection, and only products that meet all criteria are released. Through this rigorous and well-established quality control system, we consistently ensure stable product quality, guaranteeing that every customer receives reliable woven bags.
