High-Speed Circular Loom

Real shot of high-speed circular loom equipment in the workshop, specially designed for weaving PP woven base fabric. The machine adopts a multi-shuttle circular weaving structure, featuring stable operation and high weaving efficiency. Neatly arranged virgin PP yarns are fed into the loom, producing woven base fabric with a regular surface texture, uniform density, and consistent gram weight.

The woven base fabric can undergo subsequent deep-processing such as lamination and film coating, serving as the core base fabric for FIBCs (ton bags), grain bags, and flood control sandbags. Automated weaving ensures strict control over finished product quality and effectively optimizes production costs.
