Product Overview

Construction Clean Up Bags are heavy-duty woven PP bags designed for collecting and handling construction, renovation, demolition, and general site debris. Their woven structure provides higher tear and puncture resistance than conventional thin plastic waste bags, making them suitable for sharp-edged and abrasive materials. Standard sizes include 50 × 80 cm and 60 × 90 cm, with custom dimensions, weights, colors, printing, and reinforced constructions available for bulk orders.

Heavy-Duty Material & Construction

The bags use woven PP fabric to provide a balance of tensile strength, tear resistance, puncture resistance, and weight. This construction is suitable for debris that can damage ordinary plastic waste bags, including broken materials, rubble, gravel, soil, and renovation waste.

For heavier or sharper loads, a higher-GSM fabric and reinforced bottom are recommended. Double-stitched bottoms provide additional seam strength and reduce the risk of failure when bags are repeatedly lifted or moved. Laminated or PE-lined versions can be specified when additional moisture or containment protection is required. UV-stabilized material is recommended for applications involving prolonged outdoor exposure.

Closure & Handling

The open-top design allows construction debris to be loaded quickly by hand or with common site equipment. Depending on the handling method, the opening can be secured with tie rope, cable ties, or other external fastening methods to reduce spillage during movement.

Top hemming can be added where a cleaner opening and improved edge durability are required. For heavy debris, the bag structure, bottom reinforcement, and intended lifting method should be specified together rather than selecting closure features independently.

Reusability & Sustainability

Woven PP construction clean-up bags can be reused when they remain structurally sound, clean, and free from hazardous or incompatible residues. Reuse can reduce the number of disposable bags required for repeated cleanup operations.

Polypropylene is also recyclable where suitable collection and processing systems are available. For buyers prioritizing material recovery, recyclable PP construction and clearly specified material composition can support downstream recycling requirements.

Quality Control

Production control covers fabric weight, bag dimensions, material consistency, printing, seam quality, and bottom construction. Load-bearing performance is affected by fabric GSM, bag dimensions, seam structure, and the characteristics of the contents, so specifications should be confirmed before mass production.

1. Can Construction Clean Up Bags be customized for private-label projects?
Yes. Bulk orders can be customized with bag dimensions, fabric construction, color, logo, warning messages, and packaging details. Buyers should provide artwork, target application, and expected loading conditions before production so the construction can be matched to the intended use.

2. What information should I provide when requesting a quotation?
A quotation normally requires the required bag size, quantity, material or fabric specification, printing requirements, bottom construction, packaging method, and delivery destination. If the bags will carry heavy or sharp debris, the expected load and handling method should also be stated.

3. Can you provide a pre-production sample?
Yes. A physical sample or production sample can be arranged before bulk manufacturing when the project requires approval of dimensions, fabric construction, printing, stitching, and overall workmanship.

4. What packaging is normally used for bulk shipments?
Construction clean-up bags are commonly packed in compressed bundles and then loaded into woven PP bags, cartons, or pallets according to the buyer's handling requirements. Export packaging can be adjusted for container loading efficiency, warehouse storage, and destination-country requirements.

5. What is the usual production lead time?
For standard bulk orders, a practical production lead time is approximately 10–35 days after artwork, specifications, and order details are confirmed. Large-volume orders, customized materials, or special printing may require additional production time.

6. What payment terms are available for wholesale orders?
Standard international orders can generally be handled by T/T, with the specific deposit and balance arrangement confirmed according to order value and production requirements. Other payment methods may be considered for suitable orders after commercial terms are agreed.

7. Are these bags suitable for hazardous construction or industrial waste?
They are intended primarily for non-hazardous construction and renovation debris. Hazardous substances, contaminated materials, asbestos, chemicals, or other regulated waste require containers and handling procedures specifically approved for those materials rather than relying solely on the bag's physical strength.
