Load Capacity & Size Options
Bag dimensions should be selected according to filled weight, feed bulk density, particle form, and filling method, rather than using one fixed size for every feed product.
Common commercial capacities include 10 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg, 40 kg, and 50 kg, with larger or smaller specifications available for particular applications. Typical woven-feed production can cover approximately 40 × 70 cm to 60 × 100 cm, while the actual dimensions are customized to the packed product.
The current standard specification is 55 × 95 cm, with fabric weight and bag weight adjusted to the required loading performance.
Bag Types & Closure Options
Different filling systems require different bag openings and closures. Available configurations include:

Printing & Private Label
Feed bags can be customized for private-label and branded distribution programs. Available printing methods include flexographic printing and gravure printing, with customized colors, logos, product information, handling marks, and other artwork.
For higher-resolution graphics and stronger shelf presentation, BOPP lamination can be combined with printed film. Artwork is normally supplied by the buyer and checked against the final bag dimensions and printing area before production.
