PP Woven Bags are heavy-duty, reusable packaging sacks manufactured from biaxially woven polypropylene (PP) tapes. With well-established production processes, we maintain strict quality control at every stage of manufacturing.
Production Process
The process begins with melting polypropylene resin into a film, which is then slit into narrow tapes and stretched. These tapes are subsequently woven tightly on circular or flat looms to produce a strong, tear-resistant fabric. The resulting woven bags provide a professional packaging solution featuring high durability, tear resistance, and moisture resistance. They are widely used for storing and transporting agricultural products (e.g., rice), building materials, animal feed, and flood-control sandbags.
Key Advantages
1. High Strength – Capable of withstanding heavy loads without tearing or puncturing, ensuring reliable handling and transportation of bulk rice without breakage.
2. Weather and UV Resistance – Resistant to moisture and, with appropriate treatment, can endure prolonged sunlight exposure, making them suitable for grain storage in diverse climates across China.
3. Breathability – The woven structure allows air circulation, ideal for agricultural products such as rice, seeds, and beans. We offer food-grade virgin-material woven bags, which can be equipped with a PE inner liner upon request for enhanced moisture and pest protection.
4. Eco-Friendly – Fully recyclable.
5,Standard Woven Polypropylene (WPP) Bags – Breathable and cost-effective, ideal for rice, feed, seeds, and crushed stone.
